How secure is my list?
Holley’s Printing guarantees your mail list security. Once we have received your list by e-mail or disk, it will be moved immediately to our mailing software, which utilizes a temporary copy to analyze the mailing. We process the mailing and immediately discard the temporary list. We will return or discard your incoming list as you request. Lists WILL NOT be shared with other mailers, printers, or customers. MAILING LISTS FROM COMPANIES THAT PROVIDE THESE LISTS ARE FOR A ONE-TIME USE ONLY-- UNLESS YOU HAVE PAID FOR MULTIPLE USES. YOU MUST PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION FROM THE LIST COMPANY THAT SUPPORTS MORE THAN ONE USE. |

There are many different ways to narrow your search. Each mail list data base offers targeted selections at a cost in addition to the base price. The more defined your list, the better your response when sending targeted direct mail. Below are a few ideas to consider when selecting your search criteria.

Note:
Do Not Call legislation - there are rules and regulations that have to be followed in order to obtain lists from the compilers. If you need to order phone numbers for a consumer list (Business to business (B2B) lists do not apply as of yet) you will need to supply the following information:
1) SAN (Subscription Account Number) that is obtained by logging on to http://www.donotcall.gov - without that list companies cannot sell you phone numbers
2) The client's corporate ID number - again obtained when you register for the SAN
3) Download Password - also obtained at the time of registration
It's very important to note that not only do you need a SAN number, but the person that you hire to do the actual telemarketing MUST ALSO HAVE A SAN. The responsibility of the law lies on the person actually dialing the phone number.
